RESERVATION/ CANCELLATION RULES [ Please read carefully before doing a booking]
1) Reservations will be confirmed only on receipt of 50% advance payment.
2) 25% of the advance will be realized as cancellation charges when a reservation is cancelled one week in advance.
3) 50% of the advance will be realized as cancellation charges when a reservation is cancelled 72 Hrs in advance.
4) Intimation of cancellation within 48 Hrs will be considered as cancellation and the advance in full will be forfeited as retention charges.
5) One pre-ponement or one postponement of reservation shall be allowed subject to availability of accommodation
6) Early check-ins and late check-outs are allowed subject to the availability of rooms
7).This form is only a booking request, based on availability the concerned staff will confirm the same over phone/email and then
customer should pay the advance payment withing 1-2 hrs. by any of the options given below.

8).We will not entertain any kind of dispuites arising in the case of violating any of above said terms and conditions.
